MONCKS CORNER, S.C. (WCIV) -- Had his car not broken down Tuesday, William Cecil says it's likely he and his young daughter would have been in his camper near the Cooper River when the afterburner from an F-16 fell from the sky and came to rest against it. The debris left a hole in the ground, destroyed the awning over the camper, and sent metal bars into the camper right where Cecil's family sleeps most nights. "Me and my daughter sleep right here. My daughter’s spoiled so she sleeps with me," Cecil said at the campsite off McCrae Road on Wednesday. "It’s completely busted in through the wall and it's actually got the wall dented in towards my bed to where the boards that I’ve nailed into the wall, which are very sturdily in there have actually popped out of the wall from the force of it hitting into the wall," he said. "And its bent the metal in like a crushed soda can."
Cecil said he thought he was having bad luck on Tuesday when he was having car trouble. But then he found out about the collision that killed two men.
"I’m glad we weren't here, but we should have been here. It’s a good thing but it’s still a scary thing, too," he said.
In den Crash waren DIESELBEN NAMEN involviert. 3x Johnson:
In der Cessna saßen Vater Michael Johnson und Sohn Joseph Johnson
Im Falcon F-16 saß Aaron Johnson (nicht verwandt)
A former minor league baseball player and his father from Moncks Corner, S.C., were identified as the victims of Tuesday's deadly military-civilian plane crash north of Charleston. Joseph Johnson, 30, and Michael Johnson, 68, were killed when their Cessna 150 and an Air Force F-16 fighter jet collided about 25 miles north of Charleston, S.C., near the Berkeley County airport.
Geht es bei dem Ereignis um Amerika? Um die Rettung Amerikas?
Murrell said he and his friends affectionately called Michael Johnson "Captain America."
Michael Johnson's body was recovered early Wednesday morning in the Cooper River, Salisbury said. Crews are still searching the water for remains of Joe Johnson, he added.
Wird hier angedeutet, worum es bei dem ersten Ereignis geht? Ein Börsencrash?
Currently, they have located Joe Johnson's wallet.
Die beiden Absturzstellen liegen rund 10 Meilen auseinander. Liegt darin ein weiterer zeitlicher Hinweis? Liegen die 2 Ereignisse 10 Tage auseinander?
On Wednesday, National Transportation Safety Board investigator Dennis Diaz told reporters that his first goal is to document the two crash sites, which are about 10 miles apart.
Geht es bei dem zweiten Ereignis um ein Militärisches? Krieg? Kriegsrecht?
Der Crash wurde durch einen Kampfflieger verursacht. Der Pilot stieg sicher aus.
He also said the F-16 pilot, who ejected safely, will be interviewed.
Oder ist das Ganze nur ein tragisches Familiendrama? Oder doch mehr?

In derselben Woche passierte bei den Johnsons dies:
On Saturday, Michael Johnson's brother and sister-in-law were found dead at their home in Missouri. The couple's 16-year-old grandson has been charged with second-degree murder in the slayings, police said. "It's unbelievable," said Connie Stallworth, the men's sister. "There just aren't words to express it. I'm dumbfounded that it happened twice in a few days."
